Implicit Association Test (IAT) can be considered as a perfect T&D tool as it can measure the social psychology of an individual in order to detect the automatic association in between the objects that have mental representation in the memory (Blanchard & Thacker 2013). This particular test has helped me a lot in order to know own attitudes towards the behavior and thoughts. Therefore, I think it would be really helpful to include this particular T&D tool within the diversity training.
